For over 10 years, I've dedicated my career to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My graduate degree has provided me with a strong foundation, which I use alongside my certifications as a Certified Home Health Aid, with CPR Training, and First Aid Training. I'm patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented, and I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and personal history. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates via text, phone calls, or during visits. I can also assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. It would be my pleasure to use my experience to bring comfort and support to your family.
