TLDR; Snap her up before someone else does!! I was a nanny myself in nanny central, London, England for many years, and when I say Debora is 10x the nanny I ever was I truly mean it. On the most basic levels she is everything you want in a nanny, punctual (five minutes early EVERY day!), reliable (has never called in sick once, communicates even the possibility WAY in advance), and trustworthy. She has become a member of our family and I am sad to see her go but know we have a lifelong friend- that is how seamlessly she blends into a family open to her amazing personality, warmth, patience, and care. Our baby daughter lights up when she walks into the room, and Debora keeps her engaged from the minute she starts to the minute she ends. She rigorously monitors, sleep, meals, diapers, bottles, moods, and anything else a parent could want to hear from their child's day. However, she simultaneously has a joy and lightness about her that is a fabulous add! I cannot speak highly of her care enough and would be happy to speak to anyone looking for a recommendation on her behalf. Do yourself a favour and add a little Debora to yours and your childrens' life!
