We hired Deborah for our Mom to give her meds, do light housekeeping, be there as a backup for her when she showered or climbed steps, take her on errands, and cook good meals that Mom could heat up herself. Debi is engaging, a fun conversationalist, makes a really good chicken pot pie and did most everything we asked of her. She is so nice and saw the importance of keeping our Mom happy. She was excellent at communicating with us both when she was at Mom's house, and on days she wasn't there, to let us know if she wasn't feeling well and so knew to protect our Mom from potentially contagious illnesses. Fortunately our Mom got better (healing from a hip replacement) and became increasingly independent so outgrew her need for Debi.
