Deborah worked for us for 4 years (partial days). She was very dependable. I believe she was only sick one week in the 4 years. She is calm and funny. I lost my job and the market isn't looking too positive otherwise she would still be with us. My kids are currently 6 and 10. She helps with homework and does a lot of arts and crafts. The (now) 10 year only can be quite difficult and she handled him well most of the time (I am not always perfect with him either). Over the years we have needed to change her days and hours and she was always able to accommodate our changes. We will still use her for date nights, etc.,
