Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With over five years of experience, I specialize in Language Arts, Respite Care, English as a second language and Conversational Spanish. I create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment where every child feels valued. By actively listening and observing how a student interacts with new material, I tailor my methods to fit their unique style. I keep lessons exciting by connecting complex concepts to personal interests and celebrating every small victory along the way. I believe open communication with families is essential for building the trust needed to achieve great outcomes. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student finally masters a difficult skill is the most rewarding part of my work.
