Deborah is the BEST Caregiver my parents have. She has worked for them for several months and is completely dedicated, punctual, flexible, caring, and intuitive. She goes over and beyond her duties. She deals so well with my mother who has dementia. She knows when my mom is upset and can calm her down and sings with her and takes her on walks. She cooks healthy meals and snacks for both my mom and dad and cares for them both. She understands dementia and makes sure they take both their morning and evening medication's and helps fill their pill boxes so that they will know they have taken them. She is excellent at organization and make sure that my mom is clean and has her shower and is Wearing clean clothes. She lets us know if my mom has any health issues that need to be addressed or if she needs to go to the doctor for any reason. Second as I said she's at the very best and I recommend her.

I've had the pleasure of working with Deborah in home care giving environment. Deborah demonstrates a strong work ethic and is very knowledgeable gained through years of experience. She is kind and patient when interacting with the clients and families. I would gladly offer my recommendation for Deborah to be considered as a home health aide.
