I've worked in private homes and skilled nursing facilities, although I do prefer a more one on one type setting. I've assisted with daily activities such as personal care all the way to assisting with medications and household duties. I have been the managing caregiver for a patient, took care of household bills and responsibilities, and managed other ladies who worked under me. I've also been there for surgeries and recoveries with patients. I'm a mother of 3 grown men and "Gammy" of 3 grand sons and 1 grand daughter who are my everything. She has been so amazing visiting my elderly family member in assisted living facility regularly.  Has great advice, knowledgeable and dependable. 

Debi did a fantastic job caring for my elderly mother who moved in with my husband and me and is suffering with dementia. My father moved in, too, but he needed less help. Debi taught us so much about how to help my mom enjoy her days. Debi picked up on things we didn’t notice or understand. Debi helped us on our journey. 

Debi significantly exceeded our expectations of her.  She was caring, compassionate, attentive, fun loving and more than willing to do the dirty work involved with my mother in law.  My mother in law has relatively advanced dementia and her legs and feet have serious problems.  Debi cleaned her feet (this description actually doesn’t do it justice) and took her to the leg massage clinic numerous times, wrapped and unwrapped up her legs in compression socks.  She gave her lunch and often times breakfast.  And she did all despite the frequent interference of my father in law who generally didn’t treat her well.  She tried hard to get along with him (no easy task) and frankly, confronted him when he was telling her the wrong things to do.  Our family is extremely grateful and will never forget the incredible service she gave to their mother, grandmother.

Debi is AMAZING. If you are considering her now for senior care and she is available, I strongly recommend that you hire her. She cared for our 85-year old mother with severe dementia, memory issues and mobility issues for 4+ months every weekday since October 2024, in my sister and brother-in-law's home in suburban Dallas/Fort Worth. Debi was very attentive, thoughtful, caring and engaged both with my mom and others in the house when needed. She used great judgement and compassion in difficult situations, like when my mom would attempt to wander away from the house or resisted taking her medications or eating needed meals, or when our cranky dad would try to interfere in our mom's care in negative ways. She was always on time for her shifts, has amazing stamina and stays upbeat for her entire shift. She would occasionally ask and bring them on outings to the local senior center for more social interaction or park for some sunshine and fresh air. We quickly came to put 100% trust in her as if she was another family member. I am available anytime as a reference by phone call or email.

Debi is amazing!  She helped us care for our elderly parents working alongside hospice.  She is very experienced & knowledgeable and is kind & caring.  Debi is dependable & always on time.  Do not hesitate to give her a chance, you won’t find a better caregiver!

Debi has been with us for the better part of a year. Our 97 year old grandmother was ‘given’ to us as a last step to try and keep her out of a ‘home’ (the LAST thing we wanted). This was new to us as well. Debi learned what Mimi’s care and needs were and taught them to us! We’re truly indebted to her and her service. She was also wonderful and helping around the house during downtime! A true asset!
If the need arises again, we know who to call! We’ll have to ‘get in line’, I’m sure.

Debi is one of the rare people you encounter that you want to be there in case of emergency. She remains calm, focused and knows exactly what to do. It obvious that she deeply cares not only for her patients but their well being and environment. Debi became like family to me, and she is an extremely hard worker.

I know Debi from a professional interaction. I am a hospice RN and she was the caregiver for a patient I admitted to hospice services.  Debi is the consummate professional. She is very gifted at what she does.  Her care and compassion are unparalleled. If you desire someone who goes above and beyond then I highly recommend Debi's services. She will not disappoint! 

If you are wanting someone who will   Genuinely care for your loved one Debi is most definitely the one. She was always there to help with whatever I needed while she was caring for Steve. I never had to worry if he was getting his medications or if he was getting rotated like he needed to be and if she ever saw anything wrong she always let me know and we always got it taken care of together.   With her help we get Steve back in way better condition than I think it was ever in in the nursing home. The whole family loved Debi.   If we were ever in need she would be the first one we would call to stay with the a loved one.  

Deb is very good. Very trustworthy. Compassionate. Treats the client like their family. Always on time. Willing to go the extra mile.  Solid individual.
