Becoming a caregiver stemmed from my deep desire to positively impact the lives of adults and seniors, while also supporting their families. I have three years of experience providing home health care. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I'm committed to earning trust, understanding individual needs, and providing caring support. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I run errands, manage medications, assist with mobility, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and encourage physical activity. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, and always follow the family's preferred communication method. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
