About Deborah

I am a mother of 5 grown children and a very proud grandmother of one precious granddaughter. Besides raising my children and loving every minute of that time, I have worked with the elderly in assisted living facilities. I have also worked with both youth and adults with special needs and disabilities. Not only do I have experience working with 'special needs' I have been blessed with the pleasure of raising a son with special needs. A typical day with my grand daughter would be described as lots of laughter, love, games (both indoors and outdoors), reading stories, baking, just enjoying our time with each other. I love animals and believe they are very therapeutic for children, elderly, and 'special needs'. Along with caring for the child I believe it is important to keep things tidy while enjoying the day.
