About Deborah Lais

Caring for children has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life, and with 5 years of experience with kids from 2 months to 11 years old, I've developed a strong passion for helping them grow and thrive. I hold a degree in Logistics and Administration, and I speak Portuguese (my first language), Spanish, and English. I am CPR and First Aid certified, a confident swimmer, and very comfortable with pets, I also have a driver's license and my own car. Families describe me as patient, creative, and friendly, I value transparency and clear communication with parents, and I am committed to following household rules and respecting family values.
