About Deborah

I came here 7 years from Santa Fe NM. My sister was having major surgery, so I moved to be close and help her. I had been working as a care provider for years and continued the work here in NC. I am a Certified Medical Assistant, and have training in Alzheimer's/Dementia communication. I'm an extrovert, but don't talk constantly. I communicate well with men. I began working as a caregiver when my Mom got cancer. I have worked with Hospice on several patients. It's taught me to be observant of what a patient needs. Often they cannot tell us. I like to be on time. I'm professional, respectful, and a team player. I do not like gossip. My hope is that I can uplift the person that day, bringing a positive attitude and focusing on them.
