About Deborah

Caring for others is more than a job for me. After caring for my husband through his battle with stage 4 lung cancer in 2021, I discovered my calling. I bring two years of experience providing compassionate and empathetic care. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I prioritize understanding my patient's needs and preferences, maintaining their routines, and empowering them with choices. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I am comfortable providing respite care, transportation, hospice support, and assistance with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I also provide mobility assistance. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a college degree, a car, and I am comfortable with pets. I find immense joy in making a positive impact on the lives of those I care for, and I hope to bring that same comfort and support to your family.
