I have cared for seniors since 2019, and supporting older adults is work I genuinely value. My 8 years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide have strengthened my passion for helping people feel safe, respected, comfortable, and as independent as possible. I have experience caring for both men and women with a variety of needs, including dementia, diabetes, mobility challenges, and the everyday changes that come with aging. I'm comfortable handling changing routines, confusion, and difficult moments with patience, kindness, and respect. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meals, companionship, and encouraging appropriate physical activity. I'm dependable, attentive, and happy to be a supportive presence in someone's day. I understand that great caregiving is about more than completing tasks-it's about treating each person with dignity and helping them maintain their quality of life.
