I am Deborah & look forward to meeting your student's academic needs. I bring 20 years of experience as an elementary school educator with excellent academic, communication, organization & planning skills. Here are ways I can help your student; -My key skill set is math & science particularly 3-5th grades --I can guide students who are in regular or gifted classes -I encourage a student driven atmosphere as they work to accomplish learning goals -Students will use a prepared rubric to self evaluate their work & progress -With my guidance, students will build math skills, problem solving abilities & math tool usage -We will work together creatively to meet student's math or science requirements -I will motivate students to analyze, practice & research information using technology & publications -I will support the use of correct math & science vocabulary -When your student is successful in big & small ways, I will celebrate with them & inform you -
