FREE in person consultation! I began tutoring while attending Citrus College. My passion for education began with the first student "light bulb" moment. It is an amazing feeling to assist others in reaching their full potential and achieving their academic goals. After over 20 years in education (full-time teaching, substitute teaching, and private tutoring), my passion has not waned; it has grown. I have taught Integrated Science I & II, Biology, and Algebra on an Emergency Credential. I also taught summer school for elementary school-aged at-risk youth . In addition, I have taught 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Science. I enjoy homework help in all subjects; especially science, math, and English/writing. I am fortunate to match nearly any learning style; including ASD & ADD. Some humor never hurts the learning process, either.
