Hello I am a Newborn Specialist, (which is extensive training in that first year of a child's life. Helping-work toward all of those stages of development during that first year. I enjoy watching them reach their milestones. Work on a daily documentation of the baby's schedule helps me let the parents know how the child's day went. and when we are with development. This is Good communication between the parent and the caregiver.. We work as a team. I work on what the parents want at the age of the child. My joy comes from watching them meet their milestones with age appropriate play. My experience with toddlers has been, an eye opener : I have worked in a daycare with young and older toddlers. All FEELING ARE OK, They are very busy, There brains are developing. Emotions are everywhere. They can be a lot of fun. A schedule works well for toddlers, very good structure. CPR certified. Deborah cared for my son for the better part of the first 2 years of his life. She is wonderful with newborns and babies. She is patient, engaged, and would always find different ways to encourage his growth. Despite having nannied for many years, Deborah is always updating her education (taking classes on newborn sleep for example). Deborah became part of our family and cared for our son as if he were her own. We're fortunate to remain in touch with her today.
