About Deborah

I am a dedicated gerontologist with a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology from Towson University and current graduate studies in Human Services Management at McDaniel College. My professional background includes experience as a caregiver, Physical Therapy Technician at Maxim Performance Physical Therapy, and Community Living Manager at Target Community & Educational Services. In these roles, I have combined client-centered care with leadership, service coordination, and problem-solving to support both older adults and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My goal is to advance innovative approaches to aging, address critical challenges, and promote independence and healthy living for individuals across the lifespan. I am passionate about fostering safe, supportive environments where people can thrive, and I bring adaptability, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to every role I take on.
