I also understand the importance of respite for families and strive to provide a comforting presence. I build connections through respect, trust, and kindness, always honoring the individual's needs. I enjoy listening to their stories, playing games, and reading aloud. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I keep families informed with verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred communication method. I'm also trained in CPR and can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm passionate about using my skills and empathy to make a positive difference in your loved one's life.
