Certified Nursing Assistant, CPR certified, available to assist with daily care needs such as bathing, dressing, meal planning and prep, cooking, light housework, laundry, grocery shopping, errands, appointments.
Deb cared for my 90-year-old mother who had dementia for the past two years up until her recent passing. She always cared for her with compassion and kindness. She joked with her and teased her to get her to communicate and smile. Deb bathed and helped her dress, prepared her lunch and engaged her in the activities that she could still do. She worked at getting her to keep hydrated and encouraged her to eat her meals and gave her healthy snacks. She also encouraged her to walk a bit to maintain her ability to walk to the bathroom and to her puzzle table. She assisted with light housekeeping and always communicated any necessary information with each visit regarding any supplies needed or concerns she might have. I cannot recommend her enough. She allowed me to have some necessary respite time for my family knowing that my mom was in kind and capable hands. She really cares and goes above and beyond.
