She lacks communication skills(answering texts or emails) to keep the family informed. She does not do housekeeping(floors/toilets or refill water into the fridge). She does not know how to apply cream to a diabetics legs/feet, she does not have a routine, she is not a go getter, she is more a hire for a companionship/friend for someone to talk too.
