About Deborah

I'd describe my personality as curious, intelligent, and easy to get along with I like caring for seniors because I get to help people while doing what I love-providing nursing care I'm looking for a job that is flexible and allows work-life balance. I started caring for seniors when I was 15 years old as a nurses aide in a small hospital. I earned my RN license when I was 21 and have provided care to people from birth to death, caring for the families as well by supporting and teaching. In my spare time, I like to craft! Scrapbooking, card making, needlework/hand-sewing. I want to learn quilting (the right way). One thing you should know about me is I CARE. That is lived out in listening, patience, using my knowledge and skills to improve quality of life to those for whom I provide care My skills include excellent assessment skills, excellent communication, as well as skill with redirect behaviors and descalation of aggressive behavior
