I have over 30 years of experience working with seniors, and as a licensed Occupational Therapist. During this time I have fallen in love with this population and have great respect for my clients. I can help with self-care, meals, shopping, transportation, medication monitoring, LIGHT housekeeping, coordinating and attending medical appointments. I am happy to work with clients on hospice and to provide end-of-life care. I am patient and work well with clients with dementia/cognitive deficits. I have a good understanding of chronic and acute illnesses and medical terminology. Fees vary by intensity of need and range from $25-50/hr. Once I have met you and determined we are a good fit, I am also happy to act as a back-up caregiver if your regular caregiver is unavailable or for last-minute needs. I am also open to occasional overnight shifts. I also offer health care advocacy and one-time home safety assessments. Reach out to me for details.
