My hourly rate is $25-$30, depending on the distance, responsibilities, number of children and if a parent works from home. I am looking for a part-time Nanny job, 2-3 days a week. I am going to be finishing up with my current family, as the kids will be starting school soon. I currently earn $27. 50/hour. I can provide a reference. I love being a Nanny! I have 11+ years on here. I don't just sit back and watch the kids as they play. I engage & play with them. From infants learning to explore through tummy time, learning to crawl and walk, to toddlers reading, arts & crafts, board games, playing outside, going on walks, going to the playground, etc... I believe strongly in implementing YOUR rules with your children. Once I learn where things go, I like to help out with light housekeeping, tidying up after the little ones while they are napping or playing independently. Deb is a huge asset to our family. The kids and animals adore her and we know they're in good hands with her around. She is not afraid to get messy with the kids and consistently does crafts, reading activities and gets them outdoors.  She jumps in to help with extra things around the house that helps our day run smoother even when she is not there.  Deb is very respectful and always checks with us before introducing new activities. 

She is reliable, on time and quick to respond to phone calls or texts. 

In addition to child care, she house sits both our barn and indoor animals when we are out of town.

Deb was communicative and professional from the start. And from our first conversation, she was warm, open, and attentive. She made us, and our kids, feel comfortable and we were happy with our decision to hire her. On Deb's first day, she knew just the right balance of friendliness and energy to offer to engage our 2-year-old, who warmed up to her almost immediately. Deb was positive, kind, and really listened to and interacted with our children. She only worked for us temporarily, but we found ourselves wishing we could have hired her for longer!

We hired Deb for part-time help to watch our 4yr old and 10 month girls. She was awesome. Very professional, always on time, easy to trust, and most importantly she provided an enjoyable time with our girls each day she was with them. Deb quickly felt like part of the family. Our 4yr old hugged her before she left each day and now misses her. I highly recommend Deb for any family. Oh, she's great with dogs too :)

I can't say enough about Debbie! She is like a part of our family! I hired her as our nanny 5 years ago when I was getting ready to go back to work after the birth of my second son. It was hard to go back to work and leave my then 18 month old and newborn but it was easy to leave them with Debbie! She helped raise my boys (working anywhere from 10-35 hours a week) and they are now in school and thriving! I know a large part of that is because of the love and support they always felt from Deb! Honestly the only reason she is no longer our nanny is just because the boys have grown - we would have kept her FOREVER!

Not only is she kind, patient, and fun but she was very respectful of our wishes regarding how to discipline, schedules, etc. Lastly, she was our nanny for 5 fabulous years and I'm not kidding - she was NEVER ONCE LATE! Debbie was my trustworthy "go to" whenever I needed someone to watch my girls as well as my dogs. She was the caregiver for my girls when they were young and I had to go back to work and she would always arrive early so she could tend to the girls which allowed me to concentrate on getting ready for work. She stayed late when needed and had an incredible knack for loving them like her own which made it easy for me to leave because they loved spending time with her. It was more like they got to be with Debbie than it was about Mom leaving for work. I now see those same qualities watching Debbie with my grandson. I still have to work full time so am not able to help my daughter and her husband as much as I would like with him but Debbie once again is the go to. He loves being with  Debbie and Debbie loves taking care of him. If you want someone who takes care giving seriously, is always on time and gives it her best, Debbie is your go to.  

Debbie is extremely reliable, very responsible, and you can depend on her.  Debbie stayed home to raise our son.  Anybody who has met our son says he is very mature for his age and so polite.  Much of that is credit to Debbie.

Debbie is technically my aunt but has been a regular/primary babysitter/nanny since my son was mere weeks old. She has been and still is always extremely reliable. She is always early/on time and is always available when I need her (which has many times been last minute and for long durations due to my part-time job as a birth doula). She has always made an effort to be very respectful of following our requests as far as things such as discipline, sleep training, diet restrictions, etc. Most importantly though she is amazing with our son. He is now two years old and Debbie cannot even come over to our house unless she plans to play with him for awhile or else we are in for a melt down! When she leaves he clings to her and cries and many times we need to trick him in order to sneak her out the door! Debbie is an amazing care giver and I would recommend her to anyone I know looking for someone to care for their children in the way I know any parent would want them to be cared for while they are gone.
