Kenzie was our night nanny/doula for 3-4 months - she is the best! 

Kenzie has been our daughter’s nanny since September of 2022, when our daughter was eight months old. She has been working for us for a minimum of three days a week for over a year and has been an essential component to our daughter’s growth. Her prior experience helped my husband and I navigate being first-time parents. She is so knowledgeable about developmental stages and tackling difficult behavior. Kenzie assisted in introducing more solid food and dropping naps. She has provided guidance and suggestions about which developmentally appropriate activities or toys we should introduce. Our daughter was slightly delayed in her speech. However, Kenzie took her to speech therapy and consistently implemented the therapist’s suggestions throughout the day. Additionally, even when our daughter is sick, Kenzie has been unfailingly enthusiastic about spending the day taking care of her and providing her comfort.

She perpetually has a positive attitude and approaches every moment with our daughter with love and warmth. Kenzie is consistently communicative throughout the day, including sending photos of her daily. She is so close to our daughter that she can tell when something just is not quite right. While she will always let us know if something seems off, she is proactive in attempting to remedy the situation and offering suggestions.

In addition to making our lives easier, she has also gone above and beyond to assist our daughter’s grandparents and our dog. She worked extra days and traveled a further distance to nanny for our daughter at her grandparent’s house while we were out of town for two weeks. If we must be a little bit late coming home from time to time, she is easy-going and flexible, while invariably remaining professional.

Kenzie has become a part of our family.  My husband and I feel genuinely blessed to have found her. She seamlessly melded into our family. We are only (sadly) parting with Kenzie because we believe it is an appropriate time for our daughter to start daycare. Time permitting with her next job, we still want Kenzie to babysit and be a part of our daughter’s life. While my husband and I will miss having her around on a week-to-week basis, I know our daughter will also miss her tremendously. They have a loving and playful relationship, and our daughter is always happy to see Kenzie at the beginning of the day. My husband and I both trust her implicitly with our daughter.

Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Kenzie nanny for their children. We cannot praise her dedication, dependability, and affability enough. 


Contacted on Care, had what we thought was a good conversation via video chat, with plans to follow up with an in-home visit, but then she just ghosted us. Didn't respond to texts, emails or messages on Care. Incredibly unprofessional and undependable.

Kenzie nannied for my family for just shy of three years before she moved Southern California. My children miss her greatly. She was wonderful with them, kind, caring, compassionate, creative and responsible! All the things you could ask for!

Kenzie is a sweet, warm-hearted girl who clearly loves kids. My kids adore her - under her care they are usually building forts, face painting or having water balloon fights! 
She has a calm demeanor and has a way of managing through my four kids spats like a pro. I fully trust her and anyone would be lucky to have her! She is flexible and super reliable - she's never been late. 

I hired Mackenzie to watch my 1 1/2 year old son a few hours a day, a few days a week, for a couple months. I telecommute so most times I was working from another room in my home while she was caring for my son. Being his first sitter, he cried quite a bit at first but she never gave up trying to entertain, distract, and console him. Of course this made me feel good! Tho I didn't expect her to want to return after the first day, thankfully she did!  Thank you for always being patient and kind with my little momma's boy! 

Great personality and our kids had a great time with her. She showed up on time, texted when there was a slight concern and scooted out the door when we got home. She was great. I definitely plan on having her watch our kids again. 

Mackenzie currently watches my two year old and my 7 month old once a week. She is so helpful, has great energy, is patient and excited to play with my little girls. Both girls like her especially my toddler who is always excited to play with Mackenzie. I am so happy we found such a great babysitter!

I would highly recommend Mackenzie for a baby sitter! She babysat for me while my ac was broken,never complained,as it was very hot.She played with my kids,always on time and never on her phone.Which had been an issue with other babysitters in the past! My children absolutely loved her!! She also did very very well with my 4 month old!   Please give her a chance,you won't be sorry!! 

Mackenzie is top notch.  She has helped with my babies a lot and couldn't be better with them.  She is attentive and loving to them.  She is able to feed, bathe, and play with even the youngest ones. I would recommend her in a minute.

Mackenzie is awesome with kids! She actually gets down on the floor to play! We love her and my kids love her! We leave Mackenzie with our kids during the summer and we need to work.
