Debbie is fantastic! She cared for our daughter from the time she was 5 months old to 1 year old (and then sadly we moved 300 miles away, or else Debbie would still be with us). Our daughter loves her, and lights up when Debbie comes to the door. She is truly the loving surrogate grandma you want in your home. She respects our schedule and wishes for our daughter (no screens, preps specific meals, follows our preferred schedule and nap Routine), works with her developmentally (reads, plays, takes our daughter on educational walks, structures activities to support motor development) and has supervised her through physical therapy appointments. We trust Debbie implicitly and would not hesitate to recommend. Oh, and she does laundry and cleans the kitchen when our daughter naps. She wants to help and keep busy; she is excellent!
