About Debbie

I am certified in CPR, AED (use of an automated external defibrillator) and First Aid. These certifications apply to infants, children and adults. I am an observant and sensitive individual with a huge heart... especially for the elderly and/or individuals in need of loving care. I enjoy reading, telling good jokes as well as singing and playing my guitar for my clients (I know almost all the classics from the 1930's -1970's!) in and effort to help with mood and spirit elevation. I am a good listener and very intuitive to the specific needs of my clients. Whatever it takes to keep my clients feeling happy, comfortable and truly loved! They become like family to me and the love that comes from my heart is genuine and deeply felt. I am also a fabulous cook and have cared for cancer and elderly patients with all stages of dementia as well as those who are mobility challenged. My experience has covered most levels of personal, physical and mental care in the most loving and joyous way.

We've known Debbie for 30 plus years. Debbie is outstanding in her compassion and tireless energy. She works not just because she is paid, everything from her comes from the heart. She goes well beyond the extra mile to insure that care-giving goes past the basic requirements. She thinks outside of the box to do those little things that take thought and time like bringing food she makes, going to the library to bring books, small gifts, AND she gives instructions in a way that is authoritative when needed but done with love. Money can't buy the quality of care she gives. We give Debbie higher than 5 stars and feel most fortunate to have her help with our elderly mom.
