Debbie cared for my father-in-law for nearly a year the last year he was alive. He had Parkinson’s and was on hospice the last couple months. When he was still able to talk and walk, he absolutely loved her! She would listen enthusiastically to his tales of growing up, and was so patient with him. She was skilled in dealing with his catheter, his meds, and his challenging dementia moments. Debbie became like a family member to us. She was like a counselor that saved me from pulling my hair out in frustration. She is able to handle the most difficult moments of care when decisions have to be made quickly. She took care of my FIL with such kindness and gentleness and mourned with us when we knew the end was near. I’d 100% recommend her as a knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate, dependable caregiver.
