I absolutely love kids. I am a life time Girl Scout and taking care of young kids comes with the territory. I worked previously where I cared for kids who were taken out of their homes as my full time job. While working there I was mainly in charge of caring for the newborns to 6-year-old range. I would often be given up to 4 newborns to care for at a time. The days I didn't have too many kids to look after I helped keep the shelter tidy and clean. My duties on a day to day basis were to get the kids ready for the day i, feed them breakfast, play with them, feed them lunch, put them down for their naps, clean and prepare a small snack for when they woke up, got them ready for bed... etc.
