I love taking care of others and spending time with senior adults. For the past 10+ years I have been taking care of senior adults in their homes. My duties have included meal preparation, assisting with hygiene needs ( bathing, restroom needs, brushing teeth or dentures), dispensing medications, transferring in and out of bed or chair. 
I will treat your loved one as they were my own. I'll spend time talking and being a companion to them. I believe in treating other the way I want to be treated.

Deann did a wonderful job caring for our mother. She is very experienced in caring for the elderly and treats them with compassion and dignity. 

My family met Deann (through care.com) and she cared for my grandmother. My grandmother was receiving at-home hospice care as she was nearing the end of her battle with cancer. Deann was exactly what I needed when no one else was interested in helping me.  She so kind and helpful to me and my mom.  My mom was struggling with dementia.  She could be very difficult, and Deann was as patient and kind as one could get.  I am very thankful I found her!

Deann is wonderful! She helped care for a loved one by filling in 2 nights on very short notice. It's apparent that she really cares about her patients and that she is capable of taking great care of them as well. She walked right in and it was like we all knew each other already. I felt so comfortable with her and would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Deann took care of our mom and not only provided wonderful care for her but loved her and became part of our family  Deann has the special gift of caring for others and does it extremely well. She has a great personality and very dependable. We are extremely pleased with the care she provided.

Ratings are based on phone conversations only. I interviewed Deann in November 2018 and was positioning her for the job when she wrote "sorry, I found a position closer to home". Again, in January 2019 I accepted her application for a job, and after lengthy conversations she later informed me she "found another job closer to home". So I guess determine where her home is and take your chances on whether yours is close enough to hers. 

Great personality! Cared for my mother as part of a team of caregivers.  Great teamwork in filling in for others and at last minute sometimes.   became a friend of family.  

Deann was wonderful with our grandmother. She was always on time, eagerly did her job and treated her like her own grandmother! We came to love her as part of our family. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable individual. 

Deann is a phenomenal care giver.  She treated our dad as he were her own.  She was very patient with him and took great care of him. She took him places, made his meals, and provided great companionship - just to list a few. Deann was always on time and was very flexible if we needed her to assist on short notice.  We loved working with Deann!  

Deann was a blessing to our family in caring for my aging stepfather with dementia. She was caring,patient and compassionate for the time we used her. I would hire her again with no hesitation. She could not have been better for us
