Since 1984, I've had the privilege of caring for seniors--including two of my own beloved grandparents--ensuring they could remain comfortably and safely in their own homes. I specialize in personalized, one-on-one care, tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. My background includes extensive experience with low-sodium cooking, dysphagia management, Parkinson's, dementia, Alzheimer's, and a wide range of age-related conditions. I also offer customized daily charting systems to help families stay informed & involved in their loved ones' care. In addition, I'm well-versed in scheduling, interviewing, & coordinating care teams--bringing a thoughtful, organized approach to building reliable support systems.
