About Deanna

I am a PA certified teacher with 6 years of classroom experience in grades PK-4. I'm taking some time away from the classroom while my son is young, and would love to support another family with kids while caring for him. I grew up in a big family and always loved helping to care for the younger children. With 15 years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11, I bring a patient and friendly approach to every interaction. I prioritize creating a fun learning environment through board games, puzzles, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for multiple children and always follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and discipline. I maintain open communication with parents, using verbal updates at pickup. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have my own car, and am comfortable with pets. Knowing I can make a positive impact on a child's life brings me immense joy, and I look forward to the possibility of caring for your little ones.
