Hello families! I was a past teacher and now stay at home mom looking for some occasional drop off care out of my home for families who need a few hours to run errands and have someone reliable watch their kids for 3 hour windows. Whether its needing to go to an appointment, or just need a few hours of help in the daytime maybe don't have local family or homeschooling I will have either morning shift 9:30-12:30 or afternoon shift 12:30-3:30 available M-Th so please reach out starting April. My flat rate would be 50$ per 3 hour window. I am a responsible, loving mother myself, who was in the field of education for many years. Comfortable with children ages 1yr-10yr, and am most comfortable with 1-3 children at a time and have a 13m home at home. Available starting April 2025. Or- If you are in need of an occasional sitter in evening please reach out to me! Would prefer within 20-25 mins of Delmar area-(Albany, Glenmont, Selkirk, Ravena, colonie, Guilderland ect)

Deanna is a caring, kind, responsible and dependable caregiver for our two kids ages 2 and 5! She brings to the table years of experience in teaching various ages ranging from preschool to elementary school, and it absolutely shows in her ability to meet the kids where they are and mix education with a fun time. She gets inspired by the kids' interests and prepares games or craft ideas around them. She is always on time, and a great communicator. When she is watching my kids, I can trust that they are in the best hands. Together they play both inside and in the yard with Deanna coming up with fun variations of games to entertain them. What I also like is her reinforcing and encouraging good manners and social skills in our kids. While daycare/preschools are currently not an option for us due to Covid, she fills that void by giving the kids the input and stimuli they would otherwise find at school. We're grateful our paths have crossed!
