Deana was 'hired' and when I called to confirm after leaving 3 messages, she finally answered telling me she would not be taking the job. This was the night before she was to start!!!!! Totally unreliable and with no concern how the client would be cared for. Beware of a pleasant smile. She is a 'no show.'
