I'm a retired Occupational Therapist with 30 years experience in that field, accustomed to working with seniors and communicating with elders and their families. Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. For the past 30+years, I've had the privilege of assisting adults and seniors, driven by a genuine desire to promote their independence and well-being. My background includes a college degree and CPR Training. I provide respite care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly. I prioritize understanding each person's unique history and preferences. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. It is a joy to connect with people and I look forward to bringing my experience and heartfelt care to your family.
