About Dean

Hello. My name is Dean, and I am an occupational therapist for Austin Independent School District. I'm looking for Summer work during the school break. Childcare and family support are my passions, so this is a great opportunity for me. I love to get creative with toys and games, and create very engaging environments for adults or kiddos. I started working with kids after working in a hospital for a year after grad school. I graduated in 2020 and shortly after began my pediatric skill training in 2021. I have worked in a large hospital, an outpatient pediatric therapy facility, at a homehealth therapy agency, and now I work for the school district. In my spare time, I like to run, workout, travel, spend time with my close friends, and play recreational, league sports. I play for a recreational football and kickball team in Austin.
