About Deandrea

Hey I would love to help out. I'm originally from New York and moved to Las Vegas 3 years ago. I'm certified to work with kids on the spectrum and my ultimate goal is to open my own home childcare. I have experience working in a preschool, nannying, & babysitting. I've worked with all ages but mostly newborn through 5 years old. My favorite thing about working with kids is coming up with fun learning activities that makes kids excited and wanting to participate. I'm a big believer that you can do anything you put your mind to. When I'm not working I like to spend my day reading & journaling. I like working with kids because I get to make a difference in their lives & their families lives. Especially by helping them navigate their big emotions, letting them know it's okay to feel and how to process those feelings in a healthy way. One thing you should know about me is I like clear and open communication. My skills include patience/understanding, problem solving, and multitasking.
