Hello! My name is DeAndra, though I am often known as Mrs. D. My husband and I share three wonderful children and my passion for working with children began at a young age and grew into a lifelong career. Over the past 23 years, my background in childcare has spanned hands-on care for infants through school-aged children, as well as childcare center management. Training and certifications from Bright from the Start (BFTS) and Quality Rated (QR) have provided me with the tools to consistently deliver exceptional care. For the past five years, I have served as a preschool nanny, bringing structured, engaging, and age-appropriate activities directly into family homes to support early development. I take pride in creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you and your little one(s)!
