⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was in a total pinch needing childcare on a Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. As a last resort, I signed up for an account and posted the job. I got a few applicants, but most were only interested in guaranteed weekly work—which I couldn’t offer at the time. Then I connected with Deanna, and she immediately stood out. She was flexible, communicative, and kind. We spoke on the phone, and I let her know that if it went well for both sides, there could be a recurring opportunity. She arrived early (6:45 a.m.!), was warm and friendly, and my son took to her instantly. I was so relieved and impressed. Highly recommend her—5 stars all around!
