I have experience caring for seniors from taking care of my own grandma before she passed, I took fella from my job and basically did in home care for her to avoid her having to go to the hospital or nursing home. Things I did for her daily: preparing meals, help with bathing and dressing herself, running errands, house keeping, laundry, etc. I was also a CNA at one point (no longer certified but still have the experience) and worked in a couple nursing homes caring for residents.
