DeAna has been the perfect fit for my family. She is attentive to my 10 month old, and immediately contacts me with questions and concerns. She is a frequent communicator, but extremely self sufficient at the same time. She has a shared vision with me for helping my baby learn and reach milestones, has helped me adapt his schedule as he's grown older, and introduce new solid foods while keeping up with bottles. I cannot recommend DeAna highly enough. If my own financial situation was not changing, I would ask her to stay with my family for a long time.
