If I'm working with a kid in childcare, I should be patient because kids need time to learn and listen. I should be kind and caring so the child feels safe and comfortable with me. I need to be responsible and always make sure the child is safe. I should pay attention to what's happening around me to stop anything dangerous before it happens. I also need to be fun and creative so the child stays happy and learns through play. It's important to talk clearly and listen to the child, and to cheer them on so they feel good about themselves. I should keep things clean and organized, treat all kids with respect, and be a good example they can look up to.
