About Daysha

Hello! My name is Daysha! I am an Elementary/ Special Education student at CCRI, hoping to transfer my education to RIC where I will minor in English as well, I studied Physical Education at the University of Maine for 2 years before I made the transfer home. I worked with the elderly for 4 years and worked with children at my dance studio where I danced for 12 years. I have a heavy emphasis on Educational and Developmental Psychology. My goal always is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for any children that may ever cross my path. ASL in progress. Thanks for taking the time to read my profile! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, protective and nurturing! I like working with kids because I feel that is it important to provide safety and knowledge to kids, they are our mirror, and teach us just as much as we teach them. In my spare time, I like to read (I love historical fiction books!), I also love to hike and go to the gym when I am not studying.
