I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide services such as errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing verbal updates and written reports. My patient, empathetic, and friendly nature helps me create a comfortable environment for everyone.
