Dayna went above and beyond in all aspects of care for my father. She treated him like her own father and was extremely proactive in finding ways to enhance his life. She not only directly cared for my father, providing companionship and assistance, but she beautifully managed the rest of his care team. My father required 24-hour care, which required management of multiple caregivers. Dayna not only handled setting up everyone's schedule, but also served as the point person for any issues that arose with the caregivers, such as last-minute shift cancellation, conflicts between team members, or issues with the quality of care being provided. And in my father's final days, she came to his bedside to offer us her support and to tell him how much he was loved. Dayna exceeded all of my family's expectations. We could not have asked for a more thoughtful, skilled or caring caregiver.
