I have had the opportunity to employ Dayane for a few years in a day care setting. She has a way with children. She immediately develops a bond with children that makes them want to always be around her. The laughter they share, the stories they volunteer to her, the love and gentle way she cares for them, while also stimulating their minds as they develop. Any one looking for excellent care for their children, must hire her. I would definitely rehire her if I had the need.
