I'd describe my personality as energetic, attentive, creative and open minded! I started working with kids when I was in high school, right after my little sister was born. I helped out with her most days and after gaining that experience with her for a few years I started to babysit for friends and family after school and on the weekends. I continued to care for kids after high school part time during college and soon after gained a position as an Ed Tech 1 in the special needs department of an elementary in my home town. Working at the elementary school gave me more insight into a child's educational and behavioral development process. I grew up with two dogs and three cats. I am great with animals and love to care for them! I am able to help around the house with any meal prep and light cleaning to help make things easier around the home! The skills I practice during my work are my patience, compassion and empathy to provide a caring and safe environment!

We LOVE Dani! She is wonderful with all 3 kids, all at the same time (4-13 years old) and one on one. She is organized and cleans the house well. She is a calming presence in our home, and she goes above and beyond. We are devastated the scheduling isn’t working out any more.
