About Dayana

My Bachelor's degree in Social Justice, combined with Early Child Development Coursework, has equipped me with a strong foundation and understanding in caring for children. I am pediatric CPR and First Aid certified. I worked in a daycare my junior and senior year of college and went on to become an Infant and Toddler teacher for a year and half when moving down to New Orleans. I am now a Behavior Technician at The Children's Autism Center. I enjoy engaging children with outdoor sports, arts/crafts, and educational activities. I am patient, creative, and friendly. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents regularly, using their preferred method, to provide updates. I am comfortable caring for two children at a time. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping and travel.
