About Dayana

Hello! My name is Dayana and I was born and raised in Chicago. From a very young age, I knew I wanted a career in early childhood education. For years I have worked as a sitter and in 2021 I started working at a childcare center located in Irving Park, Chicago. I started off as a teacher assistant and later promoted to infant Lead Teacher. Working as a lead taught me a lot about the development of a child. I have experience in sleep training, tracking milestones, providing activities, and more. After 2. 5 years of working in a fast paced daycare setting, I made the switch to working as a nanny and couldn't be happier as I get to do more one on one with the children and grow deep connections. I am bilingual, fluent in Spanish. I specialize in caring for infants and toddlers. My two favorite things about working with kids are watching them learn new things and all the baby snuggles! l look forward to meeting all my future nanny families!
