About Dawn

In the past I have supplemented my income driving a school bus for Rochester schools so I have experience with a wide range children's ages and personalities and am committed to their safety. In addition to having a great driving record and clean background, I have worked in a day care center with infants and toddlers. As mom, I enjoy inspiring creative learning through play. My four children are older so I have experience and a great deal of patience and flexibility. Years ago, I was a certified instructor for the American Red Cross and taught CPR, First Aid and Babysitter's Training. This certification has lapsed now but I would be more than willing to be re-certified in CPR and First aid if required. I also volunteered as a mentor to teen parents through a pregnancy crisis center for three years as well as a local MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) group as a group leader and hospitality director.
