Salutations everyone! I am a domestic servant for large estates. Duties include housekeeping, cooking, organizing, power washing, windows, car detailing, running errands, climbing ladders, animal care, carpet/steam cleaning, and gardening with or without supervision. I have no issues with bugs or pets, I scrub walls, ovens, furniture, tackle multiple mold issues, and use environmentally pet friendly (Method) products whenever possible. I provide one-time, apartment, and vacation rental cleanings in the evening and at night. I am a non-smoker, fully insured, military raised neighbor who has lived in the Champions Gate, Four Corners area for the past 11 years. I have a background in Psychology (BS), an MBA, and references upon request. Looking for 1 new biweekly or monthly customer. Local small apartment for $60 a week.
